Tricia Carter Tricia Carter is the founder and owner of Families First Support Services. Tricia has been working in the field of family violence since 1991, and through her experiences she discovered there was a distinct lack of services available for families experiencing access issues. With this in mind Families First was founded in 2008.  Some of the many reasons as to why a person may require supervision with their children may include but are not limited to family violence, substance abuse issues, mental health challenges, and child abuse. Our commitment to the families we service allows the individuals involved to feel respected in their role as parents and to protect the children who are attempting to remain in contact with their parents.
