Brandi Smith is a Registered Psychologist in the Edmonton area. Ms. Smith’s original and continued area of expertise is working with young children and youth. She has worked with children and families for more than 15 years and is experienced in providing psychotherapy and assessment services for children, adolescents, individuals, couples, and families. Ms. Smith provides psychological services within the post-divorce field, including Divorce Coaching and Child Specialist services within the Collaborative Divorce process and Practice Note 7 Interventions within the litigation process.  Ms. Smith has also presented at various conferences and events on a wide range of psychological topics.

Wholeness in Health has become her passion. Joan aspires to help women understand why they can be stuck in relationships by “Being in Love with the Potential”; make sense of the stress they emotionally and physically feel. And, instead of feeling guilty or fearful become trusting and confident.

Her career path started as a Registered Nurse; then, became a co-owner of a School Photography Business. Now, along with her private practice, teaches a variety of Wellness topics to businesses.

From client to coach, the Ideal Protein Protocol worked for me, I lost 150lbs in 18 months. I share years of first-hand knowledge of being overweight, dieting and compulsive overeating. It wasn’t until I was 51 and in menopause that I started the Ideal Protein Protocol. Now, I can run up and down stairs, cross my legs and buy clothes in any store. In spring 2016 I started as an Ideal Protein coach and I am passionate to share my experience and knowledge with others to help them lead a healthier lifestyle. My new lifestyle has giving me a new confidence I never knew possible this past summer I climbed two mountains and jumped out a what some call a perfectly running airplane.
